A Message to Our Customers about COVID-19

To our valued customers and partners,

During this time of heightened concern due to COVID-19, we want to be transparent about our plans to do our part and detail the steps we’re taking to ensure you’ll continue to receive uninterrupted support from GreenPoint Ag.

As of Monday, March 16, GreenPoint has encouraged all employees who can work from home to do so in order to comply with social distancing recommendations. We have also eliminated non-essential travel, limited visitors to our offices, and moved in-person meetings to virtual formats. We are confident these measures will help to ensure the health and safety of our team and the communities we serve.

However, rest assured our employees are working at full capacity and have the tools and resources to support our valued customers from any of our locations. We are standing by to assist you with any product or service needs you may have. We have multiple ways of communicating with you that don’t require a face to face encounter. You can call, email or text your local GreenPoint trusted advisor or call the facility with your needs and you can expect to be met with the same great service as usual. You can also review all products you have purchased or make a payment on your account via GreenPoint Ag Online. Additionally, we are finishing development on a digital option for researching product information and ordering products online. We also encourage you to sign up here if you don't already receive emails from GreenPoint Ag on a regular basis. We strive to share information that is both agronomic and relevant to your operation.

Our GreenPoint Ag locations will continue to provide consistent and reliable support, and our facility hours remain unchanged from normal operating hours at this time.

We’re carefully monitoring the situation and considering advice from government and health officials in the communities where our employees and grower/customers live and work. We will continue to send any necessary updates as the situation evolves or you may check back to see updated information through the button found on the COVID-19 image on our homepage. In the meantime, we encourage you to follow cdc.gov and the World Health Organization for the latest COVID-19 updates.

Don't have your location's phone number, click here to find your location's information.

Sincerely,
Kent McPherson
Director of Operations

MO – GreenPoint Ag President & CEO Jeff Blair published an op-ed in the Delta Dunkin Democrat urging Congress to take immediate action to address the economic crisis facing Missouri farmers. Blair highlights ongoing labor shortages, rising input costs, trade instability, and the absence of a new Farm Bill as major pressures on producers. He calls for an economic assistance package, long-term Farm Bill certainty, improved agricultural labor policy, and stable trade relationships to help protect Missouri’s farm families and rural economies.
