Apr 01, 2026

Decatur, Ala. — April 1, 2026 — GreenPoint Ag Holdings, LLC (“GreenPoint Ag”) today announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Producers Ag Services, LLC (“Producers Ag”), an independent agronomy retailer located in Davisboro, Georgia.

Producers Ag is a one-location retail agronomy business serving growers throughout East Georgia. Formed in 2015 from the original family-owned Cobb and Cobb, LLC operation, the business has supported the local farming community for decades through a strong service-oriented model. Producers Ag provides a full suite of agronomy services, including crop nutrients, custom application (spraying and spreading), crop nutrient blending, cover crop blends, and seed services.

“This acquisition is a strong strategic fit for GreenPoint Ag,” said Jeff Blair, President and CEO for GreenPoint Ag. “Producers Ag strengthens our East Georgia footprint and supports our service-first retail strategy. We’re excited to welcome their talented team and to invest in the Davisboro location while preserving the local relationships and service model that make Producers Ag successful.”

The acquisition represents a targeted expansion into a whitespace East Georgia market with limited overlap to GreenPoint Ag’s existing retail footprint. As part of GreenPoint Ag, the Davisboro location will benefit from expanded agronomy resources, ag technology capabilities, proprietary product offerings, and enhanced logistics and supply chain support.

“Partnering with GreenPoint Ag gives us additional resources and long-term stability that benefits both our customers and our employees,” said Ray Cobb, Manager for Producers Ag. “GreenPoint Ag shares our commitment to practical solutions and strong customer relationships, and we’re excited about what this means for the growers we serve.”

Producers Ag will now operate as GreenPoint Ag – Davisboro, with the existing local team continuing to serve customers in the region.
